VAUX Park Street is an intimate collection of eight residential lofts in Colombo 02, made for independent living, remote work and long stays. Clean industrial lines, warm timber and full kitchens meet the quiet of home, all wrapped in a vertical forest of 70 native trees.

Why we built VAUX

VAUX began with a simple idea: a calm, residential sanctuary in the busy heart of Colombo, with the independence of a private home and the reassurance of professional care around the clock.

Travellers often have to choose between the space of an apartment and the reliable care of a managed hotel. With only eight fully equipped lofts, each with its own kitchen and laundry, and a 24/7 concierge and maintenance team behind them, you don’t have to.

Rather than building to the edge of the plot, we grew a vertical forest into the building itself. Native trees and shrubs soften the skyline, invite the breeze and bring a quiet calm into every loft.

Above all, hospitality here is quiet and attentive: local care, a clean and comfortable home, and the feeling of being genuinely at home.

Guest access

Private, secure access throughout the building with an encrypted key-card system. Covered parking opens straight into the lobby, where a high-speed lift connects all eight lofts, the lounge and the rooftop pool deck.

Set in the leafy enclave of Park Street and Hyde Park, in a private cul-de-sac beside the entrance to Park Street Mews. A calm green retreat within an easy walk of Colombo’s dining, supermarkets and cultural landmarks.
